Balloon artist Barak Dagan is a balloon twister since 2006.
He’d participated in several international balloon conventions:

- AEMI World Balloon Festival 2016 (Guinness world record in China)
- Twist & Shout 2017 (Teacher)

Among his activity, he made the following projects:
- The famous artistic picture of three dogs and one balloon pug dog
- He made two balloon art exhibitions that had a intensive media coverage and thousands of visitors
- Along with Guido Verhoef, he made the famous balloon dove sculpture (35,000 balloons)
He also published 3 DVD’s that were sold over 31 countries in the world, and he taught hundreds of balloon twisters in his Balloon Art School since 2009.
